Warranty Duration and Commitments

From the date of delivery, the entire vehicle and its accessories shall be covered by a 12-month warranty. Meanwhile, the seller must provide guidance to the buyer for the installation work, and ensure the product can normally realize its relevant functions after installation.

Scope of Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the seller guarantees that the delivered products meet the following requirements:

  • Complies with the stated technical parameters and specification requirements;
  • Free from material and workmanship defects;
  • Stable and reliable in performance under normal use and maintenance conditions.

Warranty Services

Within the warranty period, the seller shall provide the following services:

1.Free replacement of warranty-covered parts: If the product suffers from non-human-induced faults or defects within the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for replacing the damaged parts free of charge.

2.Technical support and coordination: Provide telephone or online technical support to assist the buyer in resolving technical issues encountered during use.

3.Accessory supply: Ensure the provision of original factory accessories required for maintenance services within the warranty period.
